Livio Dario is a company with 100% Romanian private capital, founded by Mr. Poptean Aurel in 1998, dedicated to domestic and international passenger transport through occasional, regular, or special regular routes. It started as a family business and has continued that way until now, with Mr. Aurel’s two sons, Liviu and Darius, involved in the company—hence the company’s name. For 27 years, the company has focused on improvement and does not accept the current standard as sufficient for the future.
Livio Dario is one of the pioneers in passenger transport in Romania, a market that is continuously evolving, where major investors from Europe are key players in various industries. It all began in 1998 when the company’s founder started passenger transport activity in Alba Iulia with a single minibus operating as a maxi-taxi. Every year, he managed to expand the fleet, and after years of continuous effort and hard work, the company grew to provide passenger transport throughout Alba County. With many ideas and a clear vision in mind, over time LIVIO DARIO became the largest carrier in the county, successfully connecting rural areas with urban centers.

We continuously pursue fleet modernization, with the main goal that the entire vehicle fleet meets Euro VI pollution standards to help reduce CO2 and NOx emissions. Maintenance is carried out in our own certified and authorized service center, which is a partner of the Q-SERVICE TRUCK network.
